GONE SO MANY YEARS A dead drunk on the road Spirit rising high Suddenly no more You left me asking why Waiting takes me slowly And creeps as it appears I'll never know the changes Gone so many years In my book you've written Your hand still young and free Silence is my meaning Those words were meant for me Too soon without knowing You rest in many tears The poet's words were saying Gone so many years Landmarks small and plenty I hold them when I pass It's with you I'll dream Long in summer grass If I find that mountain Before you reappear I'll carry you there with me Gone so many years

Gravy Days 03:32
GRAVY DAYS My old man said to me Your tune'll change gradually When it does, you won’t know How it ends or where it goes Once there was a quiet place Somewhere I could rest my head But those gravy days were over Those gravy days were gone and dead Roll the dice, pick a card Talk is cheap when luck goes hard Maybe I'm just a fool Trusting in the golden rule Looking for the right place Somewhere I can know what's said But those gravy days were over Those gravy days were gone and dead Chase the moon, chase the bone Between a rock and a stone All I got it lasts a day When it’s gone, it’s gone to stay So I'm looking for the best place Somewhere I can dream instead ‘Cause those gravy days are over Those gravy days are gone and dead

On Lines 01:37
ON LINES The back line, the bottom line There's no exceptions made here A line which is drawn From one end to the other Going back past your mother A line leaving no trace Which is far beyond time and space Is it crooked or curved Thick, thin or straight through A line stretching directly from me to you Lines are joining, some never meet Front lines or on the side Borderlines are there between us too Broken lines and those of fire There´s lines of duty and desire The party line, red, white and blue Maybe powered, fine and clean Getting in or out of line Read carefully in between That's the yellow line Crossing lines, waist, water and air Lines spreading above your feet Bee lines and tree lines Lines to communicate through Piped like water and oil Coastal and global lines measured in soil Headlines and deadlines Lines to tow and go through All those lines out there Getting a line on you

RISE & SHINE Once you tried to catch that summer breeze Thinking you could beat the old disease It must've been a big surprise As you began to realise Who you are and who you'd never be All the charms you mastered only changed Beneath your feet life got rearranged You expected least of all No one came, dared to call Asking for the fool on the hill If I knew I couldn't say One more freak who looked away So holding back a tear or two All the best and here's to you Today, rise and shine Do you tend to see things black and white It's a shade to colour as you like None more clever, to the wise Even as you close your eyes From the ashes rise and shine

MARY’S LETTER It feels so different now Our desires plain to see We are known she wrote Lost the fantasy Her feelings flowing from a sadness she saw A moment that we passed through Summer changed to winter Uncertain what I recall There's no answer I wish I could tell her In a letter I'd write today Longing long beyond The place we couldn't stay She wrote our love had no shame But by surprise we soon became No longer strangers We’re statues reaching out Behind a wall of doubt No longer strangers Forever reaching out Behind a wall of doubt

NOTHING IS EVERYWHERE Thinking about nothing at all Is it big or very small It's as empty as the space Around the things I embrace It's everywhere and nowhere too And what it is, is up to you Echos all around When it's hollow I fill it quick And in my mind it's a kind of trick So many notions, but a guess If it's more or if it's less I got no answer to offer here Cause all I find disappears Waiting there like you Some return and some will go They talk to you still no one knows So ramble on, oh where to be ‘Cause free to go, ain't being free It's everywhere and nowhere too And what it is, is nothing too Echos all around in a place

MORNING MESHES Gone is the darkness, dawn unfolds Shadows in my mind have lost their hold Morning mist is sighing Light is peeking through the trees There's a scent of cedar on the breeze On a lake reflecting perfectly Clouds slip by like thoughts that come to me Listen to the water Of a lazy afternoon From meshes of my city room Weaving all my dreams from far away Morning of a yesterday

about

Everywhere Somewhere is Nowhere is a musical collage. Most of the songs were written and recorded in 2015 – 2016. A few of them are older and have been waiting patiently for their moment. Uncompromising in style and attitude, the music and lyrics are both dark and spirited, reflecting the times we live in. So look behind the curtain and check under the bed ... Everywhere somewhere is nowhere.
